Shedding

I have watched Traycee ( http://keepitsimplesista.blogspot.com/) on one of her videos and I discover that we can stop shedding COMPLETELY by using either Black tea or coffee on our hair.
You can soak your hair with black tea and keep it on your hair for at least 1 hour. This stops your Shedding completely.
I don’t have a shedding issue, but I have few like 3-5 on a daily . Keep in my mind I add one to two table spoons of Molasses or garlic on my deep condition every week. This has also helped me so much.
So, I tried the black tea soaking. I kept it on my hair for 3 hour (I know) because I felt a sleep when watching TV.
After my hair fells strange, I would say but It wasn’t too dry or moisture either. I like the feeling do!!!!! It was kind of middle of both of them.
She was right, I didn’t see any shedding. So Black Tea soaking is including on my regimen from now on.
After, I did my usually Deep condition moisturize one, just to be sure I have moisture in my hair.

My hair Journey updated

Just a quick update on my Hair journey.
Last weekend , I decide to comb my hair, as you know I only finger comb my hair. I am hoping to that I can hit Shoulder length ( SL )by June .
I must say, I am really proud of myself. My hair look so so healthy. It is so full.
I notice some length, but no much as my hair is full. I bought few products, which I will put, some picture soon and tell the reason why I bought those products. I hope those products will help me retain length to I can hit SL by June 2010.
Stay Bless, Jocelyne

Thin Edges

I really hate the look of my edge. It is so thin, full of bald patch ( I HATE IT SO MUCH, BUT HAVE TO DO SOMETHING). I have been thinking about this for so long and need to make some resolution.
My edges are one of the main reason I have started this hair journey. So, I did some research, read here and there.
I can to conclusion, I will try Mega Tek product.
This product is supposed to be very good if you need to make your hair thicker. Some people have seen result after 3 weeks.
I also find out that this is a protein treatment, which means I will have to increase my intake of moisturizing and conditioner.
I will only use these edges, as this product is very strong, full of protein.
I am planning to mix it with Castor oil, Coconut oil, Aloe Vera Gel, Peppermint, and Jojoba oil.
love  Jocelyne

Avocado Butter Pre-Shampoo Hair Treatment

As you all know, I didn’t have a prepoo on my regimen since two weeks ago, when I purchase “Avocado Butter Pre-Shampoo Hair Treatment”.

This is 99.33 % natural, which is great to our Hair.
Burt's Bees Avocado Butter Pre-Shampoo Hair Treatment comes in a plastic tube, similar to a toothpaste tube.
I use this before my shampoo day . I apply it on my dry hair (so I can have the max benefit of it ) and kept it over night.
The next day, I shampoo with Dr Miracle shampoo and my hair feels to so soft and so manageable. I have to say that " Traycee " from ( http://keepitsimplesista.blogspot.com ) was right. This product is good. My hair didn’t feel dry and I can feel the natural oil on my hair .I will definitely incorporate this on my regimen.
Thanks Traycee.
